Users are responsible for all information, photos, descriptions, reviews, and content they upload to Worcy.
Worcy reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any content that is fake, abusive, illegal, or violates platform policies.

Payments are agreed directly between customers and workers.
Worcy is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or financial transactions unless explicitly stated.
Users should provide honest reviews based on their genuine experience.
Fake or misleading reviews may be removed.
Worcy may suspend or permanently remove accounts involved in fraud, fake profiles, abusive behaviour, spam, or illegal activities.

Worcy does not guarantee service quality, pricing, availability, completion, behaviour, or outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worcy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.
Users agree to indemnify and hold Worcy harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
Worcy shall not be responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failures, government actions, cyber attacks, or technical failures.
The Worcy name, logo, branding, website design, source code, graphics, text, and content are protected intellectual property.
