1. Why Does WORCY Need Verification?

WORCY collects identity verification documents to ensure a trustworthy and safe platform for both workers and customers. Verification helps us maintain the quality and authenticity of worker profiles on the platform.

2. What Documents Do We Accept?

WORCY accepts the following government-issued identity documents for worker verification. Please ensure you upload the correct document type with all required sides.

5. How Verification Works

The WORCY worker verification process follows these steps:

Complete your WORCY worker registration.

Select Document

Select Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving Licence.

Upload all required document sides (front and/or back).

Secure Storage

The submitted document is securely stored for verification purposes.

An authorized WORCY administrator reviews the submitted document and worker profile.

Verification Decision

The verification may be marked as Verified, Rejected, or Further Review.

8. Important Security Notice

⚠️ Never upload someone else's identity document.

Why does WORCY require a verification document?

The verification may be marked as rejected. The worker may need to provide valid and correct information according to WORCY's verification process.
What file formats and sizes are accepted?
JPG, JPEG, and PNG formats are accepted. Maximum file size is 5 MB per image. PDF, GIF, WEBP, SVG, and other unsupported formats are not accepted.
Can I replace an uploaded document?
Administrators may update or replace verification documents through the admin panel. Workers who need to update their document should contact WORCY support for assistance.
What should I do if I uploaded the wrong document?
If you uploaded the wrong document, please contact WORCY support. An administrator can assist with updating or correcting your verification document.
