WORCY uses identity verification to help maintain genuine worker profiles and create a safer and more trustworthy hiring platform.
WORCY collects identity verification documents to ensure a trustworthy and safe platform for both workers and customers. Verification helps us maintain the quality and authenticity of worker profiles on the platform.
📋 Why do we ask for these documents? The document is collected only to help WORCY verify the identity of the worker and review the worker profile.
WORCY accepts the following government-issued identity documents for worker verification. Please ensure you upload the correct document type with all required sides.
⚠️ Important: Aadhaar Card requires both front and back sides. WORCY currently requires both sides of Aadhaar for verification.
Please follow these requirements when uploading your verification document to ensure a smooth verification process.

The WORCY worker verification process follows these steps:
Complete your WORCY worker registration.
Select Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving Licence.
Upload all required document sides (front and/or back).
The submitted document is securely stored for verification purposes.
An authorized WORCY administrator reviews the submitted document and worker profile.
The verification may be marked as Verified, Rejected, or Further Review.
⚠️ Uploading a document does not automatically mean that the worker is verified. Verification status depends on review of the submitted information and worker profile.

WORCY clearly separates public worker profile information from private verification documents.
